Given the opportunity of the completion of 25 years of LIFE programs and on the occasion of the European NATURA 2000 Day (21/5) and World Turtle Day (23/5), ARCHELON organizes an open event for the public at the Sea Turtle Rescue Center, on Sunday 28th May, at the 3rd marina of Glyfada, Athens. During the event with the slogan “Love is the goal. LIFE is the journey “, the participation of ARCHELON in LIFE projects through all these years will be presented followed by the projection of a short film. The pupils of the 34th Primary School of Piraeus will perform a theatrical play and 2 turtle treatment tanks will be inaugurated. Throughout the event, tours at the Rescue Centre will be organized and there will be activities for young children (games, handicraft activities).
