2nd meeting of project partners “LIFE EUROTURTLES – Collective actions for improving the conservation status of the EU sea turtle populations” has been hosted by the University of Cyprus – Oceanography Centre and the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research in Larnaca on 26-28 September 2017. During these two days partners have discussed the activities carried out during the first year of the project and activities planned for the future period. On the last day, partners will visit a project site on Lara beach to see the work on sea turtles nest protection carried out by Cyprus Department of Fisheries and Marine Research and Cyprus Wildlife Society.
