Outreach activities in schools on Cyprus
The staff of the Oceanography Centre, University of Cyprus is carrying out outreach activities in schools in the frame of Action E2. One of the targets of this Action is to increase public awareness and inform the students about the importance of protecting the two species of sea turtles (Caretta caretta and Chelonia mydas) that nest in Cyprus, through interactive educational activities.
